Laser therapy

Laser therapy is a very useful form of therapy for treating conditions such as Smoking ,  Arthritis,  Sciatica , Back pain,  Tendonitis,  Muscle injuries etc. It uses a very low level of laser stimulation  which increases the oxygen content of the blood. When the oxygen content of the blood is increased this speeds up the healing process of whatever particular part of the body is affected. At the Newleaf clinic we use the Omega laser system which is sometimes called a soft laser or cold laser system. The application of the laser system is painless and it is generally used on the clients acupoints or on the injury site .Low level laser can also be used on the facial area and this is a very good way of removing Acne or other forms of skin irritations. The cost of one session of Laser therapy is 40 Euro.
Tui na Acupressure  Massage
Tui na  Acupressure  massage is an ancient form of massage which originated in China about three thousand years ago.It is a combination of various massage techniques together with Acupressure and general massage. The function of a Tui na Massage is to repair damaged tissue, re-energise the clients qi or life force and to bring the body into balance so as to give the client a greater feeling of personal well being.  The cost of each Acupressure massage is 60 Euro for one hours treatment.

Facial rejuvenation

Facial rejuvenation involves the use of a low level laser apparatus.This low level laser is used on the facial area and it works by oxygenating the cells underneath the skin, this increases the blood flow to the damaged areas which promotes the repair of the damaged cells,This helps to give the client back their natural youthful appearance.The cost of each facial rejuvenation session is 40 Euro.

You are an intelligent person and you know in your heart and soul that smoking is damaging your health. Somebody who smokes 20 cigarettes per day spends 56 Euro per week on cigarettes thats  224 Euro per month thats 2688 Euro per year. ACUPUNCTURE AND CHINESE MEDICINE.

Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine are used to treat problems such as Asthma, Migraine, Shoulder pain, Back pain, Insomnia, Infertility, Muscle injuries, Sinus problems excema,psoriasis. facial rejuvination etc. ACUPUNCTURE, Acupuncture involves very fine sterile needles, these needles are inserted through the skin at various points around the body, there are approximately 360 Acupuncture points on the Human Body and each point has a seperate function.  When the Acupuncturist needles the most appropriate points for the clients condition the clients Health can be brought back to its natural healthy state. The Acupuncture needles used at the Adamstown clinic are disposable and are only used once.  CHINESE MEDICINE, Chinese Medicine involves the use of Chinese herbs, each herb has a seperate function. The herbs are boiled in water for one hour and then the herbs are discarded and the leftover liquid is stored in the refrigerator and is consumed on a daily basis..Alternatively the Chinese medicine can be dispensed in tablet form. The Chinese Medicine Practitioner can prescribe the right herbs for your particular condition.

LASER THERAPY Laser therapy involves the use of a low level laser .This Laser  when applied to certain points on the body helps to reduce the cravings for cigarettes.The low level laser  helps stimulate the cells underneath the skin , this helps to speed up the healing process and is very useful for treating open sores and ulcers. LASER THERAPY  can also be used instead of acupuncture to treat a variety of ailments and  for skin conditions and skin rejuvination.

HYPNOTHERAPY, Hypnotherapy is used primarily to treat addictions such as smoking, alcoholism  overeating and problems to do with the mind such as Anxiety, Phobias, Low Self Esteem etc. I have been helping people to give up smoking, lose weight  , recover from phobias, fears, easier childbirth etc since 1996.  Hypnotherapy involves the use of Hypnosis which is a form of deep relaxation.During the Hypnotherapy session the client is in a trance state, this allows the therapist to gain access to the clients  subconcious mind so that any negative thought patterns can be removed and replaced with positive beliefs. It is a very enjoyable experience and it is totally safe.

REFLEXOLOGY, Reflexology is used mostly to treat physical problems such as Frozen Shoulder, Asthma, Sinus problems, Circulation problems, Tiredness, etc.  Reflexology involves massaging various areas of the clients feet, all the internal organs and areas of the Human Body are replicated on the feet and by massaging these areas it is possible to bring the clients body back to its normal healthy state.

EAR CANDLING, Ear candling is also available at tha clinic, Ear candles help to unblock the Ears and restore balance.


FACIAL REJUVINATION.

Facial rejuvination involves the use of a  Low Level Laser apparatus this Laser improves the tone and elasticity of the clients skin and tightens their underlying facial muscles by increasing the oxygen in the cells underneath the skin therebye giving them a youthfull appearance.To see an improvement in their appearance it would be necessary for the client to attend for at least three sessions.
